If you can sign in, open TellMeWhy → You → Send feedback. Describe your issue and optionally leave an email address for a reply. Do not include passwords, verification codes, payment information or identity documents.

Delete an account
You can use the account deletion guide without installing a mobile app. Email and Telegram accounts are separate, so sign in to the specific account you want to delete. Signing out is not account deletion.
